Chinook Society for Recovering Addicts is a registered non-profit society in the Province of Alberta and is a registered Charity, which allows us to provide a charitable tax receipt for all monetary donations. We will issue a charitable tax receipt at the end of each calendar year, for all monetary donations totaling $10 or more. If you are interested in making a one time donation, making a monthly donation, or arranging any other type of financial contribution to the CSRA, please complete the form at the bottom of this page and a member of our Funds Development Committee will contact you to make arrangements.
The CSRA is currently raising funds for our Building Enhancement Project in addition to raising funds for our monthly operating costs and to develop an operating reserve. When making a donation, you may specify which project you would like your funds allocated to. If you do not state a preference, the CSRA will utilize the funds in the manner that is most beneficial in achieving the goals as outlined in the Vision, Mandate and Commitment of the CSRA.
If you would like to provide a donation of volunteer services in lieu of financial payment, please complete the form located at the bottom of this page and a member of our Board of Directors will contact you to determine how your services can be utilized in a manner that will provide fulfillment for you.
If you would like to make a donation towards our building enhancement project, you may complete the form located at the bottom of this page and a board member will contact you to discuss your support further or you may make a donation through Canada Helps, an organization which will collect donations on our behalf and forward the funds to us.
